Cloud 9 is the last place on Ochheuteal Beach and may be accessed by a stroll along the beach toward the point known as Serendipity Beach, or by the rear entrance, on the road leading from Soka Beach.

Taxies are available from Phnom Penh Airport to Cloud 9 and takes 3hrs. A bus from Phnom Penh takes 4-6hrs, but go the luxury Mekong Express for the extra $2.

The ocean crossing from Thailand via Koh Kong to Sihanoukville is possible and well worth doing.

But no matter the mode, always insist to the moto boys to take you to Cloud 9, as they have vested interests in some strange abodes.
